Asian Noodle Bowl
You will need:
Crock Pot
6-8 Chicken thighs (skinless, boneless your choice)
about 1/2 cup soy sauce or enough to cover the chicken a 1/4 of the way
1/4 cup brown sugar
Enough Water to cover the chicken half way
1 bag baby carrots
Asian Wheat Noodles
Vegetables of your choice, bok choy, mushrooms
Put everything in the crock pot, cover and go about your day.
If your using carrots add the carrots now too.
You will need about 5-7 hours.

I start cooking it in the morning and leave it till dinner time.
1 hour before dinner add the noodles. Then about 15 minutes before serving add the veggies

YUM!! That looks way better (and fancier) than the Ramen noodle creations we used to make. Do you think plain ramen noodle bundles would work instead of the Asian noodles? (They don't sell those in my grocery store).
